Initial advice
Depending on the stage of the project, we can put owners in contact with legal advisors for obtaining licenses, providers of access, telecommunications and energy saving solutions.
Likewise, we have extensive experience in interior design projects carried out with external collaborators with proven experience in our sector.

Commercialization
We have a team dedicated to optimizing the sale of Tourist Apartments. The pillars that make up marketing are:
Revenue management: We prepare revenue projections based on historical ADR and occupancy estimates and propose a strategy to maximize RevPar. We compare the evolution of reserves with what is projected and with the evolution of the market through STR reports. We also have an RMS that updates the price daily based on multiple variables, which means we can respond quickly to any eventuality.
Distribution: We operate with a wide network of OTAs for both short and medium stays. In addition, we have a B2B network through which we offer our assets to corporate clients.
Marketing: We configure the ads with professional photographs and descriptions designed to improve positioning.
