How do we start

In 2015, Guillermo Martinez, CEO and Co-Founder of Minty Host, listed his brother’s apartment on Airbnb . Given the amount of tasks associated with managing reservations and inquiries that he began to receive, he decided to partner with Felipe MacLellan (Co-Founder and Director of Business Development). Both began to develop a professional vacation rental management project, going through the IE (Business Institute) startup accelerator. At that moment the pillars of what is Minty Host today were forged.

We currently have offices in Madrid, Seville and Malaga, cities where we provide tourist housing management services. We are a company that gives special importance to the relationship with the owner, which is why we have a presence in the markets where we operate. We close the year 2022 reaching the following milestones:

  • Portfolio of more than 460 properties under management
  • 16 thousand managed reserves
  • More than 14 million euros in income for our owners
